Yamano Holdings Corporation (JASDAQ:7571) concluded a contract to acquire the remaining 27.1% in My Style Co., Ltd. from Regis International Holdings SARL on May 15, 2017. As per terms, 217 shares will be acquired. Post completion of the transaction, My Style Co., Ltd. will become wholly owned subsidiary of Yamano Holdings Corporation. For the year ended March 31, 2017, My Style Co., Ltd. reported sales of ¥2.4 billion, operating profit of ¥48 million and net income of ¥5 million. The Board of Directors of Yamano Holdings Corporation announced a corporate resolution for the deal on May 15, 2017. The deal is expected to close on May 22, 2017.
