Ma Xuan agreed to acquire 2.88% of stake in Yiwu Huading Nylon Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:601113) from Tianjin Tongwei Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for CNY 94.1 million on August 3, 2022. Ma Xuan is paying CNY 2.86 per share.

Yiwu Huading Nylon Co.,Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sale of nylon filament. The Company's main products include four kinds of civilian nylon filament products, such as pre-oriented yarn (POY), high-oriented yarn (HOY), full drawn yarn (FDY) and draw textured yarn (DTY). The Company's products are mainly used in sports apparel, bathing suits, down jackets, seamless underwear, lace, suits, shirts, T-shirts, high fashion fabrics and upscale socks. The Company distributes its products mainly in domestic market.
