Youngtek Electronics Corp. (GTSM:6261) completed the acquisition of additional 58.4% stake in Wecon Automation Corp for approximately TWD 250 million on November 5, 2014. As of November 5, 2014, Youngtek Electronics Corp. holds 92.58% stake in Wecon.
