ELANTAS Beck India Limited informed that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, the Board of Directors, at its Meeting held on 27 July, 2022, noted stepping down of Mrs. Kishori Udeshi (DIN: 01344073), Non-Executive and Independent Director from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 27 July 2022.
