Art Vivant Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:7523) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 1,250,000 shares, representing 9.96% of the outstanding shares, at ¥623 per share for up to ¥875 million. The purpose of the program is to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of December 21, 2018, the company had 12,544,704 shares outstanding and 2,919,112 shares in treasury.
