Art Vivant Co., Ltd. (TSE:7523) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares, representing 2.72% of its share capital, for ¥200 million. The purpose of the program is to enable the execution of a flexible capital policy that flexibly responds to changes in the business environment.
The program will expire on December 28, 2022. As of November 21, 2022, the company had 11,022,269 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 1,941,547 shares in treasury.
