From January 1, 2018 to March 31, 2018, the company has repurchased 58,829 shares, representing 0.15% for KRW 566.03 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 138,580 shares, representing 0.35% for KRW 1,282.09 million under the buyback announced on September 28, 2017.

The Companyâs subsidiaries include HANSAE CO., LTD., engaged in the original equipment manufacturing (OEM), wholesale, import and export of knit shirts, ladies wears and casual clothing and YES24 CO., LTD, engaged in Internet shopping mall business, which provides books, records, digital versatile discs (DVDs), tickets, e-learning and e-books. On February 20, 2014, it established a wholly owned subsidiary, mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of textiles and textile products, real estate business, Internet related business, and venture investment business.
