From April 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018, the company has repurchased 28,002 shares, representing 0.07% for KRW 243.41 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 166,582 shares, representing 0.42% for KRW 1,525.5 million under the buyback announced on September 28, 2017.

The Companyâs subsidiaries include HANSAE CO., LTD., engaged in the original equipment manufacturing (OEM), wholesale, import and export of knit shirts, ladies wears and casual clothing and YES24 CO., LTD, engaged in Internet shopping mall business, which provides books, records, digital versatile discs (DVDs), tickets, e-learning and e-books. On February 20, 2014, it established a wholly owned subsidiary, mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of textiles and textile products, real estate business, Internet related business, and venture investment business.
