Quality Houses Leasehold Property Fund reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was THB 246.5 million compared to THB 240.77 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 255.31 million compared to THB 244.48 million a year ago. Net income was THB 65.02 million compared to THB 122.22 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was THB 740.58 million compared to THB 744.89 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 762.63 million compared to THB 755.35 million a year ago. Net income was THB 203.94 million compared to THB 387.45 million a year ago.
Quality Houses Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund and a specific property fund. The primary objective of the Fundâs capital management is to maintain an appropriate capital structure in order to provide returns for unitholders in accordance with the Fundâs establishment objective. The Fund operates through a single segment, namely the rental of immovable properties. Its portfolio includes the Q House Ploenjit Building, Q House Lumpini Building, and Wave Place Building. The Fund is managed by Land and Houses Fund Management Company Limited (the Management Company), and its trustee is Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited. The property managers of the Fund are Q.H. International Company Limited, which manages Q. House Lumpini project, and Quality Houses Public Company Limited, which manages Q. House Ploenchit project and Wave Place project.
