Zurich, 19 July 2017: The Board of Directors of Allreal Holding AG appointed Stefan-Martin Dambacher (*1975, German) head of Allreal's Project Development department and member of Group Management. He will succeed Nigel Woolfson who will withdraw from Group Management with effect from 31 December 2017

to take up new duties within the company. Stefan-Martin Dambacher will commence employment on 1 January 2018.

Stefan-Martin Dambacher currently manages Mobimo Management AG's project development, a position he has held since 2010. Prior to that he headed a Real Estate Development team at Karl Steiner AG and worked for a Zurich-based firm of architects in project management.

Stefan-Martin Dambacher holds an engineering degree in architecture and a master's degree in real estate management (CUREM) as well as a post-graduate degree in general management for executives (Executive MBA HSG).

Nigel Woolfson, head Project Development since 2013, will continue to be active for Allreal in a supporting and consulting capacity and also in connection with individual projects. As a result, Allreal will continue to benefit from his comprehensive professional knowledge and wide experience.
