Pursuant to the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings and following the introduction of a 3%1 statutory threshold in the articles of association of Befimmo SCA at the Extraordinary General Meeting of 15 December 2008, Befimmo SCA hereby announces that it has received notice that, on 3 October 2012, the share of Société Fédérale de Participations et d'Investissement ("SFPI") in Befimmo's capital exceeds the statutory threshold of 3%.
