Bomi Group announces the acquisition of a further 15% of Ritmo Holding BV Vaprio d'Adda, 12 June 2017 - Bomi Italia S.p.A. ("Bomi" or the "Company" or the "Issuer"), the parent company of Gruppo Bomi, a leader in the biomedical logistics sector and in the management of high technology healthcare products which is listed on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market announces that it has today acquired a further shareholding of 15% of the share capital of "Ritmo Holding BV", a Dutch company that specialises in tailor-made logistics and transport for its clients, which is now 85% owned by Bomi.

The transaction, which is coinsistent with Bomi Group's strategy of consolidation of minority shareholdings, involves the payment of consideration of Euro 250,000, of which Euro 50,000 will be paid in cash and Euro 200,000 through the transfer of the Company's own shares each of value of Euro 3.20.
