Binding agreement of acquisition in Mexico

Vaprio d'Adda, 25 May 2017 - Bomi Italia S.p.A. ("Bomi" or the "Company" or the "Issuer"), the parent company of Bomi Group, a market leader in the biomedical logistics sector and the management of high technology healthcare products, which is listed on the multilateral trading system of AIM Italia / Mercato Alternativo del Capitale Capitale announces that it has today signed a binding agreement for its Mexican subsidiary, Handling Healthcare SA de CV (Bomi Mexico), to acquire 100% of the share capital of the company Espadist S.A. de C.V, a company operating in the Healthcare sector.

Espadist has 20 years of experience in the biomedical logistics sector, in both warehouse management and in distribution and has a client base of multinational companies operating in the sectors of medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics and pharmaecuticals.

The value of the transaction is about Euro 700,000. In 2016 the company generated revenues of about Euro 1,800,000 and Ebitda of about Euro 120,000.

This strategic acquisition represents a further consolidation of Bomi Group's position in Latin America, a region in which Bomi benefits from more than twenty years of experience.

Bomi's new Logistics Centre HQ in Mexico, of more than 6,000 sq metres, will be inaugurated in August 2017 in a state-of-the-art facility, which is both temperature-controlled and GDP compliant, fully dedicated to Healthcare Supply Chain services.
