Circa Enterprises Inc. is a Canada-based manufacturer of equipment for the telecommunications, electrical utilities and construction industries. The Company operates through two segments: Telecommunications (Telecom) and Metal fabrication (Metals). The Telecom segment designs, manufactures, markets and supplies telecommunications products, including surge protection equipment, custom cables and wiring harness assemblies, and ruggedized wired and wireless telephones and paging systems. Through Westronic Inc., the Telecom segment also designs, manufactures, supplies and sells intelligent device monitoring and alarm management solutions. The Metals segment designs, manufactures, markets and sells metering equipment, fabricated enclosures, pole line hardware and other products to the Canadian electrical industry through its Hydel (Hydel) product line. Its brands include Circa Hydel, Circa Metals, CircaMax, Guardian Telecom and Teletics. It operates in Canada and the United States.
