DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of Elec & Eltek International Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, 11 May 2018 for the purpose of, amongst other matters, approving the release and publication of the unaudited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries for the first quarter and three months ended 31 March 2018, after the close of the trading hours of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
