Letter to existing registered shareholders in the Bermuda Principal Register

Notice of Publication of two Circulars (collectively, the "Current Corporate Communication")

Change of Choice of Language or Means of Receipt of Corporate Communication

We are pleased to inform that the Current Corporate Communication of Genting Hong Kong Limited (the "Company") has been issued and the English and Chinese versions thereof are available on the website of the Company at (www.gentinghk.com) and the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") at (www.hkexnews.hk) (the "Website Version") as well as in printed form.

For Shareholders who have elected (or deemed to have agreed) to receive Website Version, you may access the Current Corporate Communication by clicking "Corporate Information" - "Investor Relations" on the home page of the Company's website and selecting the name of document under "Corporate Releases"; or by browsing through the Stock Exchange's website. For Shareholders who have elected to receive printed version(s), the same is enclosed herewith for your attention.

Shareholders who want to receive printed version(s) other than that you have received or for any reason have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the Website Version may obtain, upon request in wr iting, printed copy(ies) of the Current Corporate Communication in English and/or Chinese version(s), free of charge from the Company or its Bermuda Principal Share Registrar, MUFG Fund Services (Bermuda) Limited c/o RBC Corporate Services Hong Kong Limited by completing Part A of the Change Request Form enclosed with this letter and returning it:

  1. by post using the enclosed return envelope (a stamp is not needed if posted in Hong Kong); or
  2. by emailing a scanned copy of the completed Change Request Form to (cosec_genting@rbc.com); or
  3. by personal delivery to the Company's Bermuda Principal Share Registrar c/o RBC Corporate Services Hong
    Kong Limited of 42/F., One Taikoo Place, Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong SAR.

You may at any time by reasonable notice in writing or by email to the Company's Bermuda Principal Share Registrar c/o RBC Corporate Services Hong Kong Limited at (cosec_genting@rbc.com) change your choice of language or means of receipt of the Company's future Corporate Communication (Note). For this purpose, you may simply complete Part B of the Change Request Form and return it by one of the abovementioned methods to the Company's Bermuda Principal Share Registrar c/o RBC Corporate Services Hong Kong Limited. Shareholders are encouraged to select the option of Website Version, which will help preserve the environment and s ave printing and mailing costs for the Company. The Change Request Form may also be downloaded from the Company's website at (www.gentinghk.com) or the Stock Exchange's website at (www.hkexnews.hk).
