Gorenje Works Council elected at their session held on June 22, 2018, the employee representatives to be appointed Gorenje Supervisory Board members for the next term of office.

Thus, two incumbent Supervisory Board members - employee representatives Krešimir Martinjak and Jurij Slemenik, and the newly appointed member Žan Zeba have become Supervisory Board members for the term of office lasting until July 21, 2022. They are joined by the fourth member - employee representative who is appointed to the Supervisory Board based on his function, i.e. the Gorenje Works Council chair Drago Krenker.

At the Gorenje Shareholders Assembly held on June 12, 2018, Bachtiar Djalil, Corinna Claudia Graf, Miha Košak, and Bernard Charles Pasquier have already been appointed to the Gorenje Supervisory Board for the next four-year term of office as capital representatives.

The new Supervisory Board will commence their term of office on July 21, 2018.
