GTT receives a new notification, bringing up to 50 the number of vessels ordered in 2018

Paris - December 17th, 2018. GTT has received an order from a Korean shipyard concerning the tank design of two new 174,000 m3 LNG carriers, on behalf of an Asian ship-owner. The delivery of the ships is respectively planned during the first and second semester of 2021.

GTT's membrane containment systemMark III Flex has been selected for the design of the tanks.

Philippe Berterottière, Chairman and CEO of GTT, declared: "We are pleased to receive this new notification, which brings up to 50 the number of vessels ordered this year, including 48 LNG carriers and 2 FSRUs1."

The ship-owner's and shipyard's names are confidential.
