KARATZIS S.A. INDUSTRIAL & HOTEL ENTERPRISES Just a few days before the new season begins, another distinction comes as a verification of the high service standards at Nana Beach Hotel, a member of Karatzis Group of Com- panies. Following last year's reward, the hotel continues to rank amongst the Top 100 of Starway World Best Hotels for the year 2015, with the current achievement acquiring a symbolic character since it relates to the year Nana Beach Hotel celebrates its 30 years of operation.
Starway World Best Hotels are organised by a colossal tourism organisation, Coral Travel, while this year the results stemmed out of a sheer 1.733.619 guest satisfaction question- naires collected in 5.210 hotels is 28 destinations. Given that, the importance of this award is exceptional since it is the direct result of the guest's experience in our hotel.
The award ceremony of Starway World Best Hotels 2015 took place in late March, during the Ukraine International Travel & Tourism Show UITT 2016, in Kiev Ukraine. Nana Beach Hotel's General Manager, Mr. Ilias Kalathas was there to receive the award in pride.
