Kontsern Halnaftohaz PAT (Concern Galnaftogaz PJSC) is a Ukraine-based company, engaged in the oil industry. Its main business is the retail trade of petroleum products, available through its own chain of OKKO service stations. Aside from fuel, OKKO service stations offer payphones, restrooms, coffee vendors, interior vacuum cleaners, stores with a variety of consumer products and car merchandise, as well as free tire inflation and water refills. The Company owns also the network of A la minute restaurants. In addition, it is engaged in the wholesale trade of petroleum products, fuel and lubricants and other services, such as the storage of oil products, services of an accredited laboratory, and passenger and cargo transportation. The Company is active within the domestic market. Kontsern Halnaftohaz PAT holds such brands as OKKO, A la minute and Pasta mia, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's major shareholder was GNG Retail Public Limited with a stake of 60.81%.
