DGAP-Ad-hoc: Petro Welt Technologies AG / Key word(s): Dividend/Annual Results Vienna, 24 April 2019 Following of the recommendation of the Management Board the Supervisory Board of Petro Welt Technologies AG (FN 69011 m) has decided today not to propose the distribution of a dividend but to carry the amount of profit forward in order to strengthen the Company's ability for investments abroad. Petro Welt Technologies AG hereby announces that the originally scheduled date for the publication of the 2018 financial statements will be postponed to 29 April 2019. The delay is due to the late Easter holidays and the labour-intensive reporting requirements under new IFRS rules 9 and 15 as well as IFRIC 22, 23. The Annual General Meeting of Petro Welt Technologies AG will be held unchanged on 18 June 2019.
