PROCAD SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) solutions and in the sale of computer equipment. The Company's activities are structured into four segments: sales of computer software; software services; sales and maintenance of computer equipment; and computer training services. The Company's Computer Aided Design (CAD) products are designed for such sectors as: architecture, construction and engineering, industry and infrastructure. PROCAD SA sells different brands of computers, peripherals, notebooks, monitors, printers, scanners, graphic cards, plotters and other products. It also provides the post-sale and professional trainings, as well as the supply and repair services for Hewlett-Packard brand products. The Company operates through its main office in Gdansk and five branches in Radom, Warsaw, Poznan, Katowice and Wroclaw.
