RIB Software SE, the world's leading provider of iTWO 5D BIM Cloud enterprise platform technology for the building, construction and infrastructure industry, today announced the increase in its stake from 40% to 60% in A2K and PhoenxPLM. The purchase price will be entirely paid with own shares. In September 2018, the RIB Group acquired 40% each of A2K and PhoenxPLM in the context of the second MTWO MSP partnership agreement and strategic investment out of the March 2018 capital increase. Following this initial acquisition, and reviewing the opportunity presented by their unique positioning in the construction and infrastructure space, RIB has increased its investment to 60% of the group. A2K is headquartered in Brisbane and has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth in Australia and Auckland in New Zealand. PhoenxPLM is an entity associated with A2K and the only Gold Certified Siemens PLM Partner in the ANZ area. This approach is expected to deliver 10,000 MTWO users by early 2020 in a short-term manner and 100,000 MTWO users in the mid-term.
