Johannesburg, 12 December 2019: Sibanye-Stillwater (Tickers JSE: SGL and NYSE: SBGL)

in compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("the Listings Requirements") hereby advises shareholders that Group CEO, Neal Froneman has entered into a new financing structure in which 482 613 of Mr Froneman's ordinary shares were pledged and subject to scrip lending, security loan of R13.9 million, have been used as collateral under this arrangement.
