This year at Connections, our annual customer conference, we'll be tackling these questions and much, much more as we seek to encourage, inspire, and excite one another.

Keeping with Connections tradition, the event will kick off Monday evening with a community service project supporting the Child Rescue Coalition. April is recognized as Child Abuse Prevention month, and Child Rescue Coalition is a non-profit that helps law enforcement track, arrest, and persecute child predators through their proprietary technology platform. After a brief introduction to their world-changing technology, you'll enjoy an unforgettable opportunity to prepare care packages for rescued children in and around the Las Vegas area.

This year promises to be our most inspiring and innovative yet, with a jam-packed agenda and more than 150 breakout sessions on a wide range of topics. Our subject-matter experts will guide you through our suite of HCM solutions, introduce you to our industry-leading partners, customers case studies, and Ultimate executives, and lead you through hands-on learning sessions, complex compliance discussions, and forward-thinking brainstorms about the future of AI and the employee experience. Of course, you'll hear from our top executives, including a keynote presentation from Ultimate's CEO, president, and founder, Scott Scherr. 2018 was a championship year for Ultimate, and Scott is eager to say 'thank you' for helping us reach our dreams. You'll get the inside scoop on our newest service and technology offerings during a keynote from Adam Rogers, Chief Technology Officer, and Martin Hartshorne, VP of Products. And be sure to attend the 'A Look Ahead' session for an in-depth roadmap led by Robin Stimac, VP of Product Management, and Patrick Pickren, Sr. Director of Product Research & Strategy, as we continue to push the limits of what's possible.

Keeping with the championship theme, we're honored to have NBA legends Magic Johnson and Larry Bird share their experiences as members of the 1992 Olympic Dream Team, and how they've successfully parlayed their tenacity and skills into business world success. And on Thursday, Michael C. Bush, CEO of global research analytics firm Great Place to Work, and Mick Ebeling, CEO and founder of Not Impossible Labs, will share what it took for them to dream hard, and dream big.

Finally, Connections has always been known for its and superstar musical acts. In addition to our energetic Welcome Reception on Tuesday night, this year, we're thrilled to welcome none other than Katy Perry, who will perform live in our intimate venue during our Customer Appreciation Party on Thursday. If you listen closely throughout the week, you just may hear her practicing!
