TietoEnator's four biggest Finnish institutional shareholders,
OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative, Society of Swedish Literature
in Finland, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and The State
Pension Fund, have announced today that they will not accept the
public tender offer made by Cidron Services Oy. Together these
shareholders own 8.7% of the company's shares.

In addition, Pekka Viljakainen and 10 other private shareholders of
TietoEnator, holding altogether 1.7% of TietoEnator's shares, have
given their support to the four institutions mentioned above.
