Tinkerine initiated testing of composite material printing in 2019 to ensure it could provide a high-quality product for the DittoPro-R. The new composite materials are ranging from 15-60% core material. Our team conducted extensive testing with carbon fiber, stainless steel, and copper, with a primary focus on ensuring the durability and reliability of the 3D printer. Tinkerine looks forward to providing composite materials for education customers and partners.
The expansion of composite materials allows for deeper capabilities and applications within 3D printing. The Composite Series materials will be available in Q2 2020.
