announces that its board of directors have appointed Davidson & Company LLP as the Company’s new independent auditors, replacing the firm of KPMG LLP, which has agreed to resign.

The resignation of KPMG was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and KPMG on any matter of accounting practices, financial statement disclosure, or audit procedure. Rather it was at the request of the Company due to Titan’s head office moving to West Vancouver, British Columbia.

ON BEHALF OF TITAN URANIUM INC.
