TOKYO RAKUTENCHI CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the movie shows and real estate businesses. The Company operates in three business segments. The Real Estate Leasing Related segment is engaged in the management and operation of real estate such as Rakutenchi Building, as well as multiple real estate in Tokyo centered on Kinshicho including the Rakutenchi Derby Building East and West Buildings, which are leased to the Japan Racing Association. It also involved in the building maintenance business. The Entertainment Service Related segment is involved in the operation of the movie theaters TOHO Cinemas Kinshicho series, the hot spring facilities named Natural Hot Spring Rakutenchi Spa and Rakutenchi Natural Hot Spring Hodeninoyu, as well as the futsal court Rakutenchi Futsal Court Kinshicho. The Restaurant and Sales segment is involved in the operation of restaurants and retail stores.
