With reference to our recent announcement dated September 17th, 2018, local currency transfer license application of the financial company titled "Paycell LLC", established in Ukraine by our wholly owned subsidiary lifecell Limited Liability Company ("lifecell LLC") based in Ukraine, has been approved by National Bank of Ukraine.
