CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Zhong Ao Home Group Limited (the ''Company'') dated 19 September 2017 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to the change of name of principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the

Announcement.

The Board would like to clarify that the name of the Company's principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands is ''Conyers Trust Company (Cayman) Limited'', instead of ''Conyers Trust Company (Company) Limited'' as disclosed in the Announcement, due to an inadvertent mistake.

Save for the above clarification, all other contents of the Announcement remain unchanged.
