Currently, Brent Richard Irvin is Vice President & General Counsel at Tencent Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

He is also on the board of Tencent Research Institute, Tencent Music Entertainment Group and Tongcheng Travel Holdings Ltd. and Member of Stanford Law School.

Mr. Irvin previously held the position of Vice President & General Counsel of Tencent Holdings Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from Carleton College, a graduate degree from Yale University and a doctorate from Stanford University.
