Deborah Ann Gero is on the board of Oaktree Specialty Lending Corp., Oaktree Strategic Income II, Inc. and Oaktree Strategic Credit Fund and Member of The American Academy of Actuaries.

Ms. Gero previously held the position of Senior Managing Director at American International Group, Inc. and Director, Chief Investment Officer & Senior VP at American General Life Insurance Co. (a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc.).

Ms. Gero received an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
