Presently, Janet Dekker occupies the position of Executive Vice President-Human Resources at Air France-KLM SA.

In her past career she occupied the position of Vice President-Human Resources of Sodexo SA and Vice President-Human Resources for Sodexo, Inc. (a subsidiary of Sodexo SA), Senior Vice President-Human Resources at Sperian Protection SAS and Senior Vice President-Human Resources for Sephora SA.

Janet Dekker received a graduate degree from the University of Amsterdam and a graduate degree from INSEAD.
