Osmani Aludiba Ayuba is Managing Director at Northern Electricity Distribution Co.

He is also on the board of GCB Bank Ltd. and Northern Development Authority and Member of The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants and Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana.

In the past Mr. Ayuba held the position of Manager-Finance & Operations at Engenderhealth Ghana, Head-Procurement at Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd., Auditor at Ernst & Young Ghana and Head-Finance of United Nations Population Fund.

He received a graduate degree from the University of Ghana and an undergraduate degree from the University of Cape Coast.
