Currently, he is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Silvercorp Metals, Inc. and President & Director at Tagish Lake Gold Corp. Dr. Feng is also on the board of New Pacific Metals Corp. (former Chief Executive Officer & Director), British Columbia Risk & Insurance Management Association and Tincorp Metals, Inc. and Director-British Columbia Chapter Board at Canada China Business Council and Vice President for Canada-China Business Association.

In his past career Dr. Feng held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Pacific Metals Co., Ltd., Research Scientist at Geological Survey of Canada and Research Scientist at the University of Montréal.

He received a doctorate from the University of Saskatchewan.
