Sheng Hua Jia

Sheng Hua Jia is currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Greentown China Holdings Ltd., Cosmos Group Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Binjiang Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd., and Nacity Property Service Group Co., Ltd.
He is also a Council Member of Zhejiang Real Estate Association and Global Chinese Real Estate Congress, and a Member of Zhejiang Enterprises Management Research Society, Hangzhou Land Academy, and Zhejiang Land Academy.
Previously, he served as an Independent Director at China Calxon Group Co., Ltd., Rongan Property Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Jiali Technology Co., Ltd., and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Wuchan Zhongda Group Co., Ltd.
and Sensteed Hi-Tech Group.
He was also an Associate Professor & Director-Property Research at Zhejiang University and Northwest A&F University.
Dr. Jia holds two doctorate degrees from Northwest A&F University.
