He is also on the board of Sodexo AB and Instalco AB.

He previously occupied the position of Chief Executive Officer for Yanzi Networks AB, Chief Executive Officer of Coor Service Management Oy and President-Sweden at Coor Service Management Group AB.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Lund.
