Presently, Yim Keung Wan occupies the position of Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Haifu International Finance Holding Group Ltd. Mr. Wan is also on the board of Bonjour Holdings Ltd. and China Suntien Green Energy Corp., Ltd. and Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

In his past career he was General Manager & Chief Financial Officer at The Bank of East Asia Ltd., Managing Director, CFO & Executive Director at Shui On Land Ltd., Chief Financial Officer at Bea Group, Member of Travel Industry Compensation Fund Management Board, Member of Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance) and Chief Executive Officer for First Pacific Bank Ltd.

Mr. Wan received an undergraduate degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA from The University of Wales.
