CHINA RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION LIMITED ANNOUNCEMENT ON BID-WINNING OF MAJOR PROJECTS

The board of directors of the Company and all directors warrant that there are no false representations or misleading statements contained in, or material omissions from this announcement, and severally and jointly accept responsibilities for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of this announcement.

Recently, the Company won the bid for the following projects:

1. A consortium comprising the subsidiaries of the Company, including China

Railway Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., won the bid for the Regional Development and Construction Project in Zhongwu Road, Xuchang City ( 許 昌 市 忠 武 路 區 域 開 發 建 設 項 目). The total investment of the project amounts to approximately RMB14.3 billion, with a cooperation period of 10 years.

The project capital is 30% of the total investment. The registered capital of the project company is RMB200 million. The contributions from Xuchang Construction Investment Co., Ltd. ( 許 昌 市 建 設 投 資 有 限 責 任 公 司) and the subsidiaries of the Company are at a proportion of 35%:65%. Other funds apart from the project capital are raised by the project company as the financing entity through bank loans.

The bidding for the project was considered and approved at the twenty-seventh meeting of the fourth session of the board of directors of the Company.

2. A consortium comprising the subsidiaries of the Company, including China Railway 16th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., won the bid for the PPP Project for

Tiaodeng to Jiangjin line B Package of the Suburban Railway (Railway Extension Line) ( 市 郊 鐵 路（軌 道 交 通 延 長 線）跳 磴 至 江 津 線B 包PPP 項 目). The tentative investment of the project amounts to RMB3.228 billion in total, with a construction period to 31 December 2020 and an operation period of 28 years.

The project capital is approximately RMB1 billion, accounting for 30.97% of the total investment. Among which, the government party contributed RMB100 million, accounting for 10%, and social capital party contributed RMB900 million, accounting for 90%. The registered capital of the project company is RMB100 million. The contributions from the government party and social capital party are at a proportion of 10%:90%. Other funds apart from the above-mentioned project capital are raised by the project company as the financing entity through bank loans.

The bidding for the project was considered and approved at the twenty-sixth meeting of the fourth session of the board of directors of the Company.
