International stocks trading in New York closed mostly lower on Monday.

The S&P/BNY Mellon index of American depositary receipts fell 0.4% to 150.73. The European index declined 0.4% to 146.79, the Asian index dropped 0.6% to 172.30, the Latin American index increased 0.5% to 194.18 and the emerging markets index fell 0.4% to 286.97.

ADRs of BiondVax Pharmaceuticals on Monday closed down 10% to $1.53 after the Israeli biopharmaceutical company said it signed a license agreement for the development and commercialization of an antibody targeting cytokine interleukin-17 for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

ADRs of Evaxion Biotech closed up 3.4% at $1.53 after the biotechnology company said it saw promising clinical data from its Phase 1 dose escalation trial of EVX-01 for the treatment of metastatic melanoma.
