SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO DISCLOSEABLE AND EXEMPTED CONNECTED

TRANSACTION DISPOSAL OF SUBSIDIARY

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company (the "Announcement") dated 27 December 2019 in relation to the Disposal. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

To provide further information in relation to the Disposal to the shareholders and potential investors of the Company, the Company would like to supplement that, to its best knowledge, information and belief after having made due enquiries:

1. the Purchaser is wholly-owned by Beijing Zhenhai Agriculture Industry and Commerce Corporation* (北京市振海農工商總公司), which in turns is wholly-owned by Haidianxiang People's Government (海澱鄉政府), each an Independent Third Party; and
2. the Second Vendor is wholly-owned by Xinrun Group Co., Ltd.* (新潤集團股份有限公 司), which in turns is wholly-owned by China Longdi Holdings Co., Ltd.* (中國龍地控 股有限公司), which in turns is wholly-owned by a PRC individual, Mr. Li Qiang (李 強).

Save as otherwise, the contents of the Announcement remain unchanged.
