Increasing number of customers using the domestic card for online payments

The National Bank of Serbia is informing the public that the number of merchants accepting DinaCard payments in their online shops is constantly rising. Namely, the domestic card is currently accepted in over 750 online shops throughout Serbia. This is particularly important in periods such as the one which started with the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic when the recommendation is to do as many purchases as possible in the online mode. At the same time, every month the number of customers using the domestic card for online payments is going up - in December 2020 only, the domestic DinaCard was used for over 280 thousand online purchases worth more than RSD 600 million, with the tendency of a constant rise.

A full list of points of sale where the domestic card can be used for online payments can be found on this link; here you can find online shops selling goods and services traditionally purchased, i.e. paid for online: books, household appliances, plane tickets, tickets for different events, toys, clothes and shoes, websites where you can pay for utility services (www.infostan.rs), services of the domestic mobile phone operator Telekom Srbija a.d. (www.mts.telekom.rs), and also the websites of the three largest retail trade chains in the country for daily purchases (Delhaize, Merkator С and Univereksport). We are reminding you that the DinaCard can also be used for online payments on the websites of government agencies and institutions, such as the Business Registers Agency and e-Government portal.
