U.S. commerce secretary to Chinese counterpart: China's policies are "unfair"

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - - U.S. Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo, in a call with her Chinese counterpart on Thursday, expressed concerns over China's "unfair and market-distorting" industrial policies, according to a Commerce Department news release.
