PowerShares LadderRite U.S. 0-5 Year Corporate Bond Index ETF Announces Cash Distribution for the Month of May 2018, Payable on June 7, 2018

Invesco announced a monthly cash distribution of CAD 0.05846 per CAD unit and USD 0.04638 per USD unit of PowerShares LadderRite U.S. 0-5 Year Corporate Bond Index ETF for the month of May 2018. Unitholders of record on May 30, 2018 will receive cash distributions payable on June 7, 2018.
