PowerShares LadderRite U.S. 0-5 Year Corporate Bond Index ETF Announces Cash Distribution for the Month of April 2018, Payable on May 7, 2018

Invesco announced a monthly cash distribution of CAD 0.05859 per CAD unit and USD 0.04710 per USD unit of PowerShares LadderRite U.S. 0-5 Year Corporate Bond Index ETF for the month of April 2018. Unitholders of record on April 27, 2018 will receive cash distributions payable on May 7, 2018.
