Manolete Partners PLC - London-based insolvency litigation financing firm - Notes UK Supreme Court ruling in a case involving Paccar Inc that relates to a number of funded claims in relation to truck cartel price fixing being heard in the UK's Competition Appeal Tribunal. Points out Manolete also has a number of claims in relation to the same matter. Explains all of Manolete's claims have been purchased by the company, none are funded. Thus, states the Supreme Court ruling therefore has no relevance to Manolete's claims in this matter. Considers that the prospect of any party seeking to re-open a previously completed funded case as highly remote.

ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust PLC - London-based renewable energy investment trust -

ThomasLloyd Group Ltd calls on company to immediately withdraw its recommendation to vote against the continuation resolution. Believes that the current actions of the company are fundamentally detrimental to shareholder value and to the best interests of shareholders. Fails to see how the company can claim it had no alternative but to recommend that shareholders vote against the continuation resolution. Considers the actions of the board of the company to be

self-serving.

Spectral MD Holdings Ltd - London-based artificial intelligence company focused on medical diagnostics for wound care treatment - Notes thefiling by Rosecliff Acquisition Corp regarding its delisting from Nasdaq. On April 11, Spectral announced that it had entered into a business combination agreement to combine with Rosecliff. Does not anticipate any delay to the transaction, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter.

Thor Energy PLC - uranium and vanadium explorer - Quarterly update. Nicole Galloway Warland, managing director says: "The June quarter has seen a strong focus on our US uranium and vanadium assets, with the completion of the first high-resolution airborne magnetic and radiometric surveys in the region, covering the Wedding Bell, Radium Mountain and Vanadium King projects. This has led to several exciting high order uranium anomalies being identified in areas untested as well as along strike of history uranium and vanadium workings. Concurrently, drilling preparation and approvals are underway for follow-up drilling to the 2022 program at Wedding Bell and Radium Mountain projects, plus a maiden drill program at Vanadium King. We reported a positive set of vanadium assay results, confirming the uranium mineralisation determined by downhole gamma and highlighting broader enriched vanadium haloes of up to 0.27% vanadium."

Everest Global PLC - London-based investment company focused on African agricultural sector - Reports revenue in six months ended April 30 fell to GBP1.4 million from GBP1.7 million the year prior. Pretax profit of GBP379,463 compared to loss of GBP4.6 million before. Basic earnings per share of 1.15 pence compared to loss per share of 17.79p. "While the world economy is uncertain with the war in the Ukraine, inflation, high interest rates and, uncertain demand and supply we believe we will steady the company and give it a solid foundation for future growth," company says.

Serabi Gold PLC - Brazilian-focused gold mining and development company - Signs agreement with the representatives of the indigenous communities confirming their support for the long-term development of the Coringa project and setting out the steps to be followed to complete the consultation process. The agreement has been signed with Kabu Institute and the Mantino Indigenous Association who together represent all of the communities of the Bau indigenous territory. The parties have agreed not to take actions to suspend the development of the Coringa project in recognition of the long term direct and indirect local economic benefits. Over the next 180 days the parties will complete all remaining aspects of the consultation process.
