(SZSE:002555) for approximately CNY 200 million on January 5, 2017. The transaction has been approved in the 1st meeting of Wuhu Shunrong Sanqi Interactive Entertainment Network Technology Co., Ltd.'s 4th directorate held on January 5, 2017, and does not need the shareholders’ approval.
