As part of its $75m investment strategy, 8000inc has acquired Skyvillas Realty (SVR) Barbados for 5M restricted shares of 8000inc common stock.

MANASSAS, VA, Dec. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - This acquisition is in line with the 8000inc real estate investment strategy across the USA and Caribbean. 8000inc will continue to expand its real estate group in the luxury sales and rental markets. As part of the agreement 8000inc, through, its web technology operation, will be developing a state of the art web site for SVR which will be launched in the next few weeks and will set the standard.

SVR was formed in 2009 by Joel Parris who, having worked in the real estate business for 10 years identified a gap and an opportunity to deliver a bespoke exclusive service to individuals who wish to purchase or rent luxury properties in Barbados. Customer service and ultimately satisfaction is the core focus of the business, exactly what you would expect from a high end service provider for high end clients. Since the formation of SVR, the company has 100 listings for sales and rentals on the platinum coast of Barbados. The average property sale in this part of the Island is $5M USD, and weekly rental would be between $9,000 USD and $20,000 USD per week depending on the time of year. More detailed information will be issued when the SVR site is launched.
