  • AGM dividend1) proposal of € 0.40 - remaining € 1.10 intended to be paid out after an extraordinary Annual General Meeting which could possibly take place in the fourth quarter
  1. The dividend payment of € 1.50 per share in 2021 for the financial year 2020 would need to be made in two steps. In compliance with the requirements published by the European Central Bank (ECB) on 15 December 2020, the distributable amount is € 0.40 per share.

The Management Board will submit a proposal for the appropriation of profits to the ordinary Annual General Meeting in May 2021.

3 Depending on the economic developments, the regulatory requirements, the capital position and the risk situation of the bank, an extraordinary Annual General Meeting, which could possibly take place in the fourth quarter, could then decide on the intended remaining payout of € 1.10 per share.
